Paola is a PhD, University Professor, Author, Energy Healing practitioner and the Creator of the Cardinal Method of Life Connection. Born and raised in Brazil, she became an academic because she has always been passionate about human nature and wanted to dive deeper into this knowledge in the fields of comparative studies and moral philosophy. To fully live her passion for human nature, she studied and researched many cultures, ancient wisdom, and contemporary schools of thought about who we are as human beings and how we relate to each other.

Her dedication to the understanding of human nature led her to dive deeper into non-academic points of view in the field of spirituality, which came in parallel to her own self-development processes in dealing with her psychic gifts, seeking self-knowledge, self-transformation and transcendence though modalities such as the Enneagram, the Tarot, the Pathwork, Hindu wisdom and Yoga, Family constellations and the study of crystal consciousness.

After years of studying and practicing self-development, her personal journey resulted in the creation and development of The Cardinal Method of Life Connection, a multidisciplinary soul healing system designed to expand consciousness, release emotional blockages and bring the joy of life to the world. The Cardinal Method is inspired in four pillars: Hindu tradition, especially the Hindu Chakras System, Western philosophy of human nature (which encompasses my academic background), Indigenous wisdom and deep connection with the forces of Nature, and Family Constellations.

Three years after the Cardinal Method was created and tested with hundreds of people, she left her university professor position at the University of Brasilia, Brazil, where she is naturally from, and moved to South Florida to dive into the professional world of energy healing. She became a spiritual entrepreneur and for ten years has been bringing the Cardinal Method to the world, with thousands of clients and hundreds of students in several different countries.
